Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads provided by appointment setters into successful sales closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored and professional service throughout the sales journey.
- Effectively present and promote private aviation and charter services to prospective clients.
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and prompt responses.
- Provide a high-touch, concierge-style experience for clients who expect exceptional service.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally involving high-value products or services.
- Preferred experience in private or business aviation, charter brokerage, or air charter sales.
- Background in luxury, travel, real estate (vacation packages), hospitality, or other premium sectors will be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent, exhibiting a confident and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in concierge-style selling, providing personalized, high-touch support throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and successfully close high-value transactions.
