- Achieve or surpass designated revenue goals by promoting a range of products, including booth and non-booth offerings, sponsorships, and integrated packages.
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through relationship building, cold outreach, market analysis, and participation in relevant industry events.
- Create strategic sales plans aimed at expanding customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Establish and nurture robust customer relationships by aligning with their business objectives and requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for newly acquired clients throughout their initial show cycle to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges.
- Lead the re-booking process on-site for both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Exhibitor Marketing team to craft engagement campaigns that generate business development prospects.
- Coordinate with the Event Manager and Sales Operations teams to ensure floor plan availability and prioritize high-value customer accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand, industry trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales efficacy.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
