Position Overview:
As a Sales Lead, you will not only drive sales but also provide essential leadership on the sales floor in the absence of a manager. Your compensation will be performance-based, with additional bonuses available for effective coaching and associate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives and manage the sales floor effectively.
- Enhance customer experience and offer exceptional guest support.
- Oversee inventory management, promotional activities, and cash handling.
- Ensure facilities and building oversight for operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive culture and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Maintain store operations and uphold company standards.
- Conduct training and manage performance of team members.
- Prepare KPI reports and participate in management meetings.
