POSITION OBJECTIVE:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive for Results
- Set and communicate clear expectations, holding the store team accountable for meeting brand standards, performance metrics, and behavioral expectations.
- Oversee essential operational duties such as opening and closing procedures as well as managing merchandise flow.
- Supervise associates involved in sales and inventory, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures and providing exceptional customer service. Utilize weekly schedules to maintain appropriate floor coverage while adhering to fiscal guidelines. Stay informed on current sales promotions and present merchandise according to established standards.
- Ensure adherence to standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention, executing all other tasks as directed by management.
- Foster a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to achieve designated sales and productivity goals, while also meeting personal sales targets.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is shared both online and in-store.
- Assist in training and coaching for locate fulfillment and selling.

- Encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving among team members.

- Exhibit sales expectations through various techniques, sharing product knowledge with customers and assisting them in selecting merchandise that meets their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobe guidance.
- Ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
