As a Sales Manager, you will assume a pivotal role that is instrumental in nurturing agency relationships, spearheading programmatic innovation, and enhancing revenue streams. Your extensive knowledge of the agency purchasing process and the complete programmatic supply chain will empower you to challenge conventional norms, sway senior executives, and cultivate impactful partnerships through SPO-led strategies and comprehensive buying solutions.
This position offers a strategic sales professional and trusted advisor the chance to create significant change across the Philippines, while engaging with state-of-the-art technology in a dynamic, global setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and fostering robust relationships with agency and advertiser partners, providing exceptional customer service and strategic guidance.
- Engaging with senior agency leaders, challenging prevailing assumptions, and proposing innovative partnership ideas and programmatic solutions.
- Collaborating closely with internal demand teams to implement both local and global commercial agreements within your sales territory.
- Stimulating growth in platform spending and PMP revenue, consistently achieving or surpassing objectives.
- Promoting and increasing the adoption of PubMatic’s principal solutions, including Activate and Curate.
- Identifying new revenue avenues with both current and potential clients.
- Conducting quarterly business evaluations, ongoing client management, and relationship enhancement activities.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment and successful project execution.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to network, solidify relationships, and remain at the forefront of market trends.
