Join California Closets as a Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales objectives and driving key business metrics. In this dynamic position, you will oversee that our Design Consultants uphold our standards of excellence in customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Team to ensure a seamless process flow, ultimately enhancing the customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to recruit and maintain a high-performing team of Design Consultants.
- Lead the Design Consultants to ensure all revenue goals and performance indicators are achieved, balancing company leads and personal marketing initiatives.
- Implement performance management strategies for team members, documenting and following guidelines for improvement.
- Work alongside the head office operations team to optimize processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Conduct regular goal-setting meetings and performance reviews with team members.
- Partner with the GM on various initiatives, including designing sales contests, creating incentive programs, and developing a sustainable trade business strategy.
- Organize and lead monthly Sales Meetings, coordinating guest speakers and head office personnel.
- Analyze sales data to devise strategic plans addressing opportunities for growth.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools, monitoring data entry quality and statuses.
- Respond to feedback through the 5 Star system, following up on negative responses with customers and Design Consultants, and reporting findings to the GM.
