Join California Closets as a Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in not only meeting but exceeding our sales targets. You will be responsible for guiding our Design Consultants to uphold the high standards of excellence expected by our customers. Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Operations Team, you will ensure a seamless process flow that delivers outstanding customer service at every interaction.

***Compensation for this position ranges from $95K to $100K, with additional bonus opportunities.***

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the GM to attract and retain top talent in alignment with budgeted staffing levels.
- Oversee a team of Design Consultants, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and key performance metrics while maintaining a balanced lead distribution.
- Implement performance management strategies for underperforming team members, including thorough documentation procedures.
- Work with the head office operations team to refine process flows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct monthly goal-setting sessions and reviews with team members to foster accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with the GM on various initiatives, including sales contests, incentive programs, and sustainable business strategies.
- Organize and lead monthly Sales Meetings, including coordination with guest speakers and head office staff.
- Analyze sales data to develop strategies with the GM aimed at enhancing performance.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM systems, maintaining high data quality standards.
- Address customer feedback through 5 Star reviews, following up on any negative experiences and relaying insights to the GM.
