Coast's mission is to meet these needs at a transformative scale, starting with our Fleet and Fuel Card, powered by an advanced spend management platform.
As the first Sales Manager in our Draper, Utah office, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our go-to-market organization. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Account Executives, while enhancing our sales strategies for one of our key customer segments. Notably, our previously modest SMB accounts are rapidly becoming very profitable for Coast through both new customer acquisition and upselling opportunities for our Corporate Card product. We want you at the forefront of this exciting transition.
This role transcends traditional management; it offers you the opportunity to shape the foundation of our sales culture in Utah, significantly influence revenue growth, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to broaden Coast's market reach.
