Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell our products/services with persuasive arguments to existing and prospective dealers and customers.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients by presenting strategic business growth plans.
- Formulate e-commerce sales strategies and collaborate with other departments to maximize outcomes.
- Provide management with insightful reports on dealer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and product opportunities.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for current and potential dealers.
- Facilitate the swift resolution of customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Analyze market potential to forecast sales and report on account status.
- Continuously seek feedback for improvement.
