Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor the sales team through daily coaching, accountability, and motivation.
- Enhance sales performance, manage appointment setting, and improve closure rates.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and ownership on strategic initiatives and execution.
- Recruit, train, and cultivate sales talent.
- Maintain a professional showroom environment.
- Oversee deal structuring and workflow in conjunction with Finance and Insurance (F&I).
