The Role
As the Sales Manager, you will spearhead a team of Account Executives (AEs), focusing on generating new business for Bloomerang. This pivotal role within our sales organization requires a shift in strategy from simply showcasing features to delivering high-impact value. You will mentor AEs in connecting our technical solutions to their clients' financial outcomes and business goals. By empowering AEs to view themselves as the CEOs of their own sales territories, you will guide them in executing impactful sales plans and surpassing their quotas by mastering the 'Value Selling' framework.
What You Will Do
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and enhance market presence.
- Transform AEs from 'Tour Guides' into value-driven sellers, emphasizing business outcomes like fundraising success.
- Identify and mitigate risks within deals, allowing for more accurate forecasting.
- Cultivate a culture of self-development and accountability among team members.
- Promote a data-centric environment, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and following our IMPACT qualification framework to ensure pipeline integrity.
- Establish a 'Hunter' culture by recruiting and onboarding AEs who exhibit tenacity, accountability, and the ability to translate technical challenges into financial opportunities.
