Your Mission
As our Sales Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and growth of our Finnish sales division. This hands-on position requires you to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals. You will engage with sales at both strategic and operational levels, mastering a consultative sales approach.

Your Responsibilities
- Create and execute your sales strategy.
- Establish a comprehensive lead generation process.
- Drive sales to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Upon achieving specific sales goals, you will be tasked with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Participate actively in budgeting and organizational goal-setting.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to enhance performance.
- Oversee the entire investment deal process from sourcing to closure.
- Represent CVX at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Collaborate closely with other management team members.
- Report directly to the CEO.
