Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between prestigious A-brands such as Mars, Diageo, Heineken, and Dior, and your international Duty Free clientele who retail these esteemed products.
- Engage across various product categories while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. You are not merely a salesperson; you are a strategist and a relationship architect.
- Oversee customer relations through phone and online communication, complemented by regular visitations. Anticipate travel approximately four to five times annually.
- Facilitate order processing and customer satisfaction, leveraging your analytical abilities to continuously adapt to market changes, strategies, and performance metrics.
