What will be your responsibilities as a Sales Manager at Social Deal?
You possess in-depth knowledge of your region's specifics, including trends in restaurants, wellness centers, beauty salons, amusement parks, and paintball venues.
You have a genuine passion for your profession; you'll even arrange meetings with your neighbor's nephew, who owns a bowling center, during social gatherings.
Engage in targeted cold-calling to acquire potential partners.
Negotiate tirelessly until you achieve a win-win-win scenario: happy entrepreneurs, satisfied consumers, and a delighted Social Deal (and with our fantastic bonus program, you'll be happy too).
Always strive to ensure optimal collaboration with your regular partners.

What does your day look like?
You start early in the morning, get into your Social Deal car, and look forward to the day ahead. Your first stop is your favorite beautician, Wilma, a loyal Social Deal partner for years; it's essential to sit down together occasionally. You'll discuss the collaboration and negotiate even better deals for Social Deal customers. Next, you head to a famous brewery, where you can certainly discuss a fantastic deal—perhaps a beer tasting? After this appointment, you have time to check out some new hotspots in your area and process your new deals in the CRM system. By the end of the day, you have an appointment at a beautiful new restaurant in Dortmund, which could be a great addition for Social Deal in the area.
