Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager for France, you will lead the sales team in driving performance and achieving results. Your role will encompass coaching team members to meet their goals while contributing to the overall success of the country’s sales performance.
You will oversee sales processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial effectiveness and execute sales strategies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve France’s sales revenue, profit targets, and strategic product objectives as outlined in the annual budget, while closely monitoring progress.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the French sales team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and optimal performance.
- Facilitate the professional growth of team members, ensuring they meet their individual and team goals as established in annual development plans.
- Implement a consultative selling approach and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing necessary support.
- Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Analyze market trends and leverage insights to inform strategies for the French market while overseeing accurate reporting from the sales team.
