Mission Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Sales Manager to lead our Small Business sales team from our Singapore office. This role presents a thrilling opportunity for a results-oriented individual to join a rapidly expanding company and contribute to building a versatile product-based business as we transition into a comprehensive front office platform.
In this capacity, you will champion HubSpot’s exceptional sales methodologies within your team and mentor your sales managers to ensure their teams consistently reach their revenue and growth targets.
You will also collaborate closely with the Asia Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Training, and Recruitment teams to drive regional and global initiatives that secure overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth by targeting the right customer segments and enhancing the overall customer base, ensuring accountability for business growth metrics such as revenue, retention, budget, customer, and employee satisfaction.
- Forge strong relationships with customers, addressing growth hurdles and proposing effective solutions.
- Work in partnership with other sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive alignment across the organization.
- Attract and cultivate top-tier sales talent across Asia through effective recruitment, selection, and training strategies.
- Collaborate with Partners to uncover growth opportunities in their respective markets, helping them scale their operations while maintaining our cultural values.
- Inspire and lead your team to surpass sales and bookings goals, as well as other expectations set by executive leadership.
