The Opportunity
Join Unity, a leader in Real-Time 3D technology, as we seek a dynamic and seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead and oversee our Industry sales initiatives throughout the AMER region. This pivotal role will lead an Enterprise sales team while fostering collaboration across various internal departments, playing a vital part in driving Unity’s growth in revenue and market share for our innovative Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen, extensive industry knowledge, and an unwavering passion for cultivating revenue growth in complex environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for enhancing Unity’s Industry sales across the AMER region.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring the achievement of forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while nurturing relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth through effective Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements.
- Customer Engagement: Assist the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to elevate relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
- Market Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, offering market feedback to refine Unity’s offerings and roadmap while enhancing market presence.
- Complex Deal Management: Manage intricate deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to secure successful outcomes for Unity and our customers.
