Apt Resources is seeking a passionate and skilled Sales Manager specializing in Leisure for a prestigious 4-star deluxe hotel located in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative strategies to enhance leisure sales and boost the hotel's revenue. You will lead a talented team of sales representatives, foster and strengthen relationships with leisure travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients, while actively showcasing the hotel's leisure offerings. This position presents a thrilling opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a vibrant team and play a key role in the hotel's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving leisure sales objectives and generating new business opportunities.
- Oversee a team of sales representatives, offering guidance and support to ensure their professional success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leisure travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive sales and enhance revenue.
- Actively promote the hotel's leisure offerings through various channels, including trade shows, sales presentations, and familiarization trips.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify avenues for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- A relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in the Middle East is essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of the hotel business and its operations.
- Ability to clearly understand market dynamics.
- Established relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and international tour operators.
- Capability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Anticipates and understands customer needs.
- Must be residing in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driver's License is preferred.
