We are looking to enhance our sales team with a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the North-East region (Berlin, Brandenburg, Neuruppin).
Your Responsibilities:
• Act as a knowledgeable and sales-oriented contact for our asset advisors in your region, providing active support from your home office – both technically and in sales – while being part of a robust team of sales supporters.
• Utilize your expertise and enthusiasm to deliver valuable insights, enhance sales success, and implement strategies collaboratively with the asset advisors on-site.
• Train and qualify asset advisors in investment products and sales skills, demonstrating your interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and ability to inspire others.
• Independently plan and conduct training events, workshops, webinars, and training sessions, bringing fresh ideas for innovative learning formats.
