Salary range: ₹2,000,000 - ₹5,000,000 (i.e., INR 20 - 50 LPA)

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies on a national level focusing on addiction recovery, CNS, and pain management.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance market share in critical therapeutic domains including:
- Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST)
- Treatment for alcohol and nicotine dependence
- Neuropathic pain management
- Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and foster institutional collaborations.
2. Sales Leadership (Pan-India)
- Direct and support regional sales teams across India.
- Establish sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance benchmarks.
- Boost field force productivity and ensure successful execution across all territories.
- Monitor secondary sales, prescription trends, and product market penetration.
3. Marketing & Product Management
- Design brand strategies and oversee product life cycles.
- Lead the launch, positioning, and marketing initiatives for key products such as:
- Buprenorphine
- Methadone
- Naltrexone
- Pregabalin
- Work closely with medical, regulatory, and training teams.
4. Key Account & Institutional Business
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Government bodies
- De-addiction centers
- Hospitals and rehabilitation facilities
- NGOs focused on substance abuse
- Lead institutional sales efforts including tenders, OST initiatives, and public health campaigns.
5. Team Management & Capability Building
- Guide, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Implement training focused on therapeutic knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Prepare future leaders for organizational growth.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure compliance with DCGI, NDPS regulations, and internal company standards.
- Uphold ethical marketing practices in sensitive therapeutic areas.
