Join the prestigious world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our new Sales & Marketing Support Executive. This pivotal role is essential for assisting in the execution of the resort's sales and marketing initiatives during an exciting pre-opening and relaunch phase. Based in Bermuda, you will contribute to enhancing brand visibility, coordinating leads, delivering campaigns, and driving commercial momentum across various channels.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Sales Manager, and the broader Commercial team, you will facilitate the successful re-entry of Fairmont Southampton into key markets, ensuring a strong brand presence, organized lead management, and seamless collaboration between Marketing and Sales functions. This position is perfect for an individual who is highly organized, digitally savvy, creatively inclined, and enthusiastic about building a career in luxury hospitality sales and marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Support
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and print marketing materials that align with Fairmont brand standards.
- Create, schedule, and manage captivating social media content across key platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and reopening communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on engagement, reach, and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including on-property collateral, digital platforms, and presentations.
- Coordinate content capture efforts, including photography, influencer visits, and event activations.
Sales & Commercial Support
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and support timely client follow-ups.
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and activities within CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral aligned with reopening strategies.
- Support promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives related to the reopening.
- Facilitate clear communication between Marketing and Sales to maintain alignment and drive momentum.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Assist with cross-departmental coordination for events, promotions, and marketing activations.
- Organize sales and marketing files, reports, and documentation.
- Attend team meetings, capture notes, and track key actions and deadlines.
- Provide on-property marketing support during events, media visits, and significant commercial activities.
Success Metrics:
- Timely and accurate coordination of sales leads and follow-up activities.
- Consistent and punctual execution of marketing campaigns and content schedules.
- Clear and accurate tracking and coordination of marketing efforts.
