The Sales Operations Analyst is a crucial member of the EMEA Operations team, providing valuable analytical insights and strategic support to our cross-functional partners in Sales and Demand Planning. This role works collaboratively with the Sales Ops Manager to enhance forecasting accuracy, manage inventory effectively, execute purchase orders seamlessly, and improve overall business performance.
This position is perfect for a proactive and analytical Sales Analyst or Demand Planner who excels in a dynamic, data-driven environment, transforming intricate data into actionable strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute weekly business performance reports, highlighting essential trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate sales performance against promotional forecasts and suggest future shipment strategies based on insights.
- Work closely with customer demand planning teams and Account Managers to facilitate forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.
- Enter and maintain forecasts in SharkNinja’s planning system (SFO).
- Support the comprehensive demand planning process by analyzing category trends and integrating insights into predictive forecasts.
- Identify performance gaps and risks, effectively communicating necessary actions to enhance outcomes.
- Execute ad hoc analyses, swiftly assessing business scenarios and determining the data needed for informed decision-making.
- Exhibit curiosity and initiative in crafting innovative, data-driven solutions.
