Sales Operations Manager
Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to enhance and scale our commercial initiatives within the gaming sector.
The Sales Operations Manager will be pivotal in boosting revenue efficiency and scalability throughout the organization. This role will oversee multi-channel demand generation, market intelligence, and analytics for divisions under the TransPerfect Games umbrella, including The Mill and MPC. The ideal candidate will support global Business Development and Sales Operations by delivering actionable insights, spearheading lead generation campaigns, implementing automation, and conducting industry reporting, all of which will contribute to data-driven decision-making across various platforms and regions.
This position will manage the sales operating cycle—from pipeline management and forecasting to optimization of tools, reporting, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM and sales tools, spearheading multi-channel demand generation strategies (LinkedIn, HubSpot email sequencing, Clay automations)
