Position Overview
We are in search of a Sales Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence within our go-to-market organization. The successful candidate will maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy within Salesforce, oversee sales performance analytics, create seller scorecards, and manage commission structures. This role serves as the operational backbone for our sales team and leadership, ensuring data integrity, delivering timely insights, maintaining a regular forecast cadence, and facilitating smooth deal execution.
Collaboration is key; the Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Sales, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, improve forecast reliability, and ensure our CRM functions as the single source of truth.
