As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the key driver for operational functions that enhance revenue and profitability for designated retail accounts. Your primary responsibilities will encompass demand planning, inventory oversight, purchase order management, POS and trend analysis, and trade spend management, alongside daily monitoring of business performance and trends. This pivotal role involves assessing real-time business challenges, analyzing data, and proposing immediate action plans to capitalize on opportunities. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams at Shark/Ninja to ensure timely communication and resolution of business issues, as well as liaising with account contacts directly.
This position is based in our London office (Hybrid - typically 3 days a week).
