The Revenue Operations team serves as the operational backbone and growth driver at OpenSesame. While others might focus on sales mechanics, our emphasis is on establishing clarity, discipline, and systems that facilitate responsible and predictable revenue scaling.
We design and implement processes, systems, and insights that link strategy with execution—from the initial customer conversation to renewal. Our initiatives promote efficient revenue flow, robust governance, and a consistent customer experience as the business grows.
We collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partners, Legal, Enablement, and Business Systems to eliminate friction, enforce smart standards, and help teams accelerate without compromising quality. This role operates at the intersection of data, process, technology, and analytical judgment—transforming complexity into momentum.
About the Sales Operations Partner – Direct Sales
The Sales Operations Partner – Direct Sales is pivotal to the operational efficiency of the Account Executive motion. This role is designed to introduce clarity, structure, and predictability to the revenue generation process without hindering the sales team's efforts.
As a trusted partner to Sales leadership, this role verifies the authenticity of the pipeline, ensures the forecast is reliable, and interprets data to provide insights on performance, risks, and areas for future focus. Instead of responding to last-minute surprises at quarter's end, the Sales Operations Partner proactively tests assumptions, uncovers insights, and supports the business in scaling confidently.
