Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Specialist at BambooHR, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales processes, empowering our Sales teams to maximize revenue and achieve profitable sales. Your primary focus will be on providing essential tactical support to our sales teams and contributing to significant operational projects and initiatives. In this capacity, you will spend a considerable amount of your time assisting our sales teams with various support and administrative requests, while also collaborating on the projects of other Sales Ops team members.
You will:
- Collaborate effectively within our established Sales Operations team to drive optimal results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all selling teams, managing and promptly addressing a continuous stream of ad-hoc sales support queries.
- Enhance ticketing efficiency by identifying recurring themes and patterns, and proposing or creating solutions to reduce ticket volume over time.
- Facilitate self-service and knowledge management for the team by documenting standard operating procedures and system guidelines in our company wiki.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales system maintenance (including provisioning and deprovisioning sales representative accounts, updating lead distribution pools, correcting opportunity records, and generating requested reports/dashboards).
- Contribute to project work and strategic initiatives as needed, collaborating with other Sales Ops Managers or Senior Sales Ops Managers.
