Qualifications
The primary responsibilities for this role include:Leading the RFP process by developing accurate sales budgets, proposal ballparks, and other pre-sales materials in a timely manner.Assisting with the RFI process by drafting responses, collecting inputs, and coordinating reviews.Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Management, Finance, and Legal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely project deliverables.Creating and maintaining proposals leading to the final Statement of Work (SOW), while tracking all budget, proposal, and contract versions from project inception to final signature.Utilizing Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.Maintaining accurate and updated CRM records related to RFPs, RFIs, and sales activities.Assisting in the upkeep of the Q&A content library within the RFI platform.Preparing sales support presentations as necessary and managing sales documents and collateral.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and elevating suggestions to the Sales Operations team.Supporting the sales team in achieving quarterly objectives.Performing additional duties as assigned.Required qualifications and work experience include:A Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education, marketing, or sales is preferred.Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Interest in the U.S. and global clinical trial landscape.Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting processes.
