CIC is seeking a motivated and client-centric Sales & Relationship Manager to join our expanding team in Providence. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a pivotal member of our Sales & Relationship Management Team, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them toward workspace solutions that cater to their specific needs. You will represent a service and product that clients love and trust, fostering relationships that extend well beyond the initial meeting.
Your daily activities will include:
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: From qualifying incoming leads to uncovering new business opportunities, you’ll be essential in developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will handle daily inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Assist clients in navigating their workspace requirements and provide tailored solutions that facilitate their success. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring a focus on growth and client retention.
• Showcase Our Unique Spaces: Conduct engaging tours that demonstrate the distinctive advantages of working at CIC, ensuring that every prospective client understands how we can fulfill their needs.
• Propel Growth: Cultivate relationships with brokers, businesses, and community leaders to generate leads, finalize deals, and aid in revenue growth.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with the Assistant Director of Sales to define and implement effective sales strategies that empower the team to exceed its objectives.
• Build Community Connections: Develop and maintain relationships that integrate CIC into the local innovation community.
• Provide Unmatched Service: Ensure all client interactions are seamless, positive, and memorable.
