The Opportunity:
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to champion Neo and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will engage with potential customers at various activation events, including malls, campuses, local businesses, and major retail partners. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit Card, the Neo Money Account, and other innovative Neo products.
As the representative face of Neo, you will benefit from a guaranteed hourly wage, along with uncapped commissions for each account you help open, plus bonuses for surpassing sales targets — paid semi-monthly. You will receive real-time notifications when a customer opens a Neo Account using your referral, allowing you to track your performance live!
