- Implement the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Conduct studio tours, building relationships while aligning with individual goals and needs.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
- Promote and uphold the club's objectives as a premier fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to both current and prospective members.
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets.
- Engage in community events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and hospital events to promote the club.
- Take ownership of developing sales skills.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement.
- Manage retail inventory input for clothing and other items.
- Complete all relevant training programs.
- Capture photos for social media platforms.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
- Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated capacity to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system.
- Prior boutique fitness experience is preferred but not mandatory.
