Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners and assist them in selecting the ideal flooring solutions.
- Close sales using warm, company-provided leads—no cold calling or door knocking required.
- Provide an extraordinary, five-star experience during in-home consultations.
- Benefit from continuous coaching and professional development support.
Training & Support:
- Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program, with the first 2 weeks fully compensated.
- Start earning commission as soon as Week 3 of training.
- Access a draw of up to $1,600 to support your initial earnings.
- Enjoy a flexible, appointment-based work schedule—5 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits:
- First-year average earnings exceeding $70K, with top performers achieving over $120K.
- Earn 100% uncapped commission in addition to the draw.
- Receive a new hire bonus after 90 days of service.
- Double commission on self-generated sales opportunities.
