Sales Representative – SouthEast Region

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and spearhead business development initiatives within a vital territory. In this role, you will oversee a high-potential territory encompassing the Southeastern United States. You'll engage with customers to showcase how our innovative products can elevate their businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
Prospect and Close: Actively seek, pursue, and finalize new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
Develop Key Accounts: Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients through customized, solution-oriented selling that builds trust.
Demonstrate Our Value: Present our products and solutions confidently, highlighting their features, benefits, and ROI in a compelling manner.
Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee every stage of the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, including proposals and negotiations.
Meet Your Goals: Consistently achieve or surpass personal sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine your sales strategy.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work in tandem with marketing, customer service, and product teams to synchronize goals and enhance the customer experience.
Your Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (in Business, Marketing, or a related field), though a proven sales record is equally valuable.
Experience in meat processing is a plus.
1 to 3+ years in B2B sales or a related field; a background in the food or ingredient industry is advantageous.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
A self-motivated approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
