Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Territory Management:
- Strategically plan and oversee your designated territory to ensure comprehensive customer coverage and optimal visit frequency tailored to customer segmentation.
- Develop and implement effective call plans that align with sales priorities and objectives.
- Keep detailed and current customer profiles within CRM systems.
2. Sales & Promotion:
- Engage in regular face-to-face interactions with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists.
- Deliver compelling product presentations that adhere to approved marketing messages and promotional guidelines.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical value to foster recommendations and usage.
3. Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the healthcare sector.
- Identify customer needs and customize communication to enhance value delivery.
- Assist customers with initiatives such as meetings, seminars, and participation in congresses.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a robust understanding of our product portfolio, relevant disease areas, and the competitive landscape.
- Continuously enhance your scientific and market knowledge through training and self-education.
- Deliver accurate and approved medical and product information to stakeholders.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports accurately and punctually.
- Adhere to company SOPs, local regulations, and the company's ethical standards.
