OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Lead plays a crucial role in enriching the guest experience at ALO Yoga. This individual will be responsible for achieving our goals in guest engagement, education, and interaction, while fostering a service-oriented environment on the sales floor. Ultimately, this position helps create a unique sanctuary that distinguishes ALO from other retailers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales & Service Lead will:
- Facilitate an outstanding guest experience by evaluating guest connections and providing technical product education, while guiding team members through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership and by instilling a customer-first mindset across the sales team.
- Develop and execute training programs that enhance product knowledge and service excellence among staff.
- Monitor sales metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a visually appealing and inviting store environment.
