- Schedule appointments with merchants to showcase Shift4's POS and merchant servicing products.
- Engage in prospecting via phone calls, face-to-face meetings, networking, and developing referral partnerships.
- Support existing clients by providing additional services such as Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.
- Foster strong relationships with merchants by understanding their needs and resolving outstanding issues.
- Articulate the value of Shift4 products using your laptop or POS device.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities for up-selling additional products and services.
- Develop new accounts and identify areas for growth within the market.
- Exhibit professionalism and adhere to company policies to effectively increase market share.
- Responsible for signing new clients in your designated territory.
- Stay informed about current products, services, and developments within the payments industry.
- Maintain regular communication with your direct manager.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review your pipeline and forecast new opportunities.
