MAKE UP FOR EVER is on the lookout for a Selling Specialist in New York City. This role is pivotal in driving sales through education and support at Sephora stores throughout the NYC area. The ideal candidate will help cultivate a passion for MAKE UP FOR EVER while enhancing the overall brand perception positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed retail sales objectives by effectively educating management.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen alongside excellent communication skills.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with store teams through regular follow-ups and communication with Sephora leadership.
- Effectively manage time and activities within stores to maximize efficiency in driving revenue.
- Participate in and ensure successful execution of store events and initiatives, aiming to achieve set sales targets.
- Collaborate with Market Specialists and SEE to develop regional sales initiatives that leverage education for positive returns on investment.
- Build strategic partnerships with store leadership to optimize store visit impact and plan coverage for peak hours.
- Oversee all aspects of Gondola management, including Visual Merchandising and Inventory, ensuring best practices are followed.
Education & Artistry:
- Serve as a role model in education and artistry, leading by example.
- Deliver consistent and effective training and artistry skills.
- Act as a passionate and professional brand representative to both internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the Store Leadership team to identify and address opportunities for development in artistry and business.
