MAKE UP FOR EVER is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Lynnfield. This role is pivotal in enhancing sales performance by educating and supporting Sephora Stores within the Lynnfield area, while nurturing the love for MAKE UP FOR EVER and promoting a positive brand image.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed retail sales targets through effective training and engagement with store management.
- Demonstrate exceptional business acumen and communication skills.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with Sephora Leadership by maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to optimize in-store presence and drive revenue through strategic initiatives.
- Take an active role in planning and executing store events and promotional activities to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Market Specialist and SEE to develop regional sales strategies, utilizing educational initiatives to enhance return on investment.
- Build collaborative partnerships with store management to schedule impactful store visits and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor and oversee Gondola management, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and inventory management.
Education and Artistry:
- Serve as an exemplary role model in education and artistry, leading by example.
- Deliver consistent and effective training in artistry skills.
- Act as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassador for both internal and external clients.
- Work alongside Store Leadership to identify and address opportunities for growth in artistry, business practices, and presentation skills.
