Join our team as a Sales Support and Marketing Assistant, where your primary role will be to enhance the sales team's efforts in delivering an outstanding Brand Experience. You will manage local social media, develop comprehensive sales performance reports, coordinate local marketing events, and handle the processing of sales documents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Efficiently manage leads for our Design Consultants using CRM systems.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails for local scheduling offices or showrooms, addressing client inquiries.
- Update local marketing materials, including showroom hours on the website, social media platforms, Yelp, and Google reviews.
- Maintain and update Design Consultant bios on the company website.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports on rescheduled consultations, open status jobs, and pending client lists.
- Collaborate with Design Consultants to follow up on pending clients.
- Execute “client anniversary” marketing campaigns.
- Manage Digital Showroom activities, including local photography and maintaining current offers based on market trends.
- Handle various sales administrative duties, including online social media support, warranty processing, trade packages, additional sales support (add-ons), and clerical tasks.
- Track and maintain client traffic reports, distributing them to leadership.
- Ensure an adequate supply of Design Consultant and Showroom samples is always available.
- Assist the Sales Manager with the ongoing education and training of Design Consultants as needed.
