The Role:
As a Sales Team Lead, you will spearhead our commercial team, engaging with new clients across various economic sectors in-person.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Developing strategic sales initiatives to provide optimal in-person client support.
Assisting with the activation of payment terminals and ongoing training follow-ups.
Identifying and implementing improvements within the sales team.
Continuously monitoring sales reports, pipelines, CRM, and other relevant tools.
Planning a strategic training and motivation schedule for the sales staff.
