Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Sales Team Lead, Corporate Sales to spearhead our expansion as the preferred VDR provider in the UK. Based in London and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to acquiring new clients, entering new sectors, and maintaining our impressive growth trajectory.
We require a seasoned sales leader with a proven history of individual and team success. Your mission will be to drive regional growth by balancing team development with active deal-making. This position calls for a strong advocate of value-based selling, utilizing sales metrics to guide strategy, enhance performance, and coach your team to surpass targets.

Your Responsibilities
Lead & Develop: Mentor and grow a team of field sales professionals, establishing a clear vision while managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance evaluations. Cultivate an environment of continuous learning that empowers your team to meet their personal and business aspirations.
Sales Strategy: Design and implement strategies to capture new business opportunities while ensuring the team remains aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
