About the Role
We are in search of an Associate Director of Field Sales to drive our growth in the VDR sector. This is a unique chance to establish and expand a new field sales team in a burgeoning market.
Based in Stockholm and reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will assemble and lead a dynamic team to secure new clients, penetrate new verticals, and maintain our impressive growth trajectory.
We are looking for a proven sales leader with a robust history of individual success and team management. You will spearhead regional growth while balancing team development with hands-on deal execution. The ideal candidate is an advocate for value-based selling, using sales metrics to shape strategy, enhance performance, and coach the team to surpass targets.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and Develop: Mentor and nurture a team of field sales professionals, establishing a clear vision while managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance evaluations.
