Role Overview...
As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of sales executives, ensuring that their performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. You will be responsible for onboarding, coaching, training, and supporting new and existing team members to enhance their development and success.
Your Responsibilities...
- Guide and mentor a team of 8-10 sales executives by setting clear performance expectations and measuring success against budget goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and training to enhance accountability and drive sales performance while keeping your team motivated.
- Evaluate the sales pipeline for each executive and the team, preparing forecasts for senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators for team members, providing guidance for improvement.
- Develop and communicate metrics to track the success of regional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
