About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Training Manager to become a pivotal member of our Sales Enablement team. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and managing the organization's sales training initiatives. Your mission is to equip every sales professional, from newcomers to seasoned Account Executives, with the essential skills, in-depth product knowledge, and deal execution strategies necessary for success throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust and repeatable onboarding program tailored for MealSuite Account Executives, Account Managers, and Solutions Engineers.
- Facilitate training sessions for channel partner sales organizations as required.
- Conduct live training events, workshops, role-play scenarios, and call evaluations.
- Collaborate in the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive library of role-specific playbooks, conversation scripts, objection handling resources, and product knowledge materials.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure product launch readiness and effective messaging.
- Provide one-on-one demo reviews, call coaching, and skill-gap assessments to enhance sales performance.
