As a Salesforce Business Development Representative, You Will:
- Expand the sales pipeline and respond to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to create and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting prospects.
- Nurture relationships within our networks of Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM partners.
- Establish a reliable sales pipeline through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage client and opportunity lifecycles, accurately documenting interactions in Salesforce.
- Utilize effective prospecting techniques for initial outreach.
- Assess the needs and challenges faced by prospective customers.
- Schedule discovery meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Partner Communications, and Sales teams to generate demand from marketing initiatives, foster partnerships, and assist Account Executives in managing our account list.
