THE WORK:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to become an integral part of our dynamic Salesforce team. In this hands-on position, you will contribute to the development of critical business applications at Ripple, designing and implementing scalable and user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong drive for results and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow Salesforce Developers and Administrators.
- Develop Salesforce.com applications utilizing Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce Pages, Aura Components, etc.
- Offer ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code deployed on the Force.com platform.
- Utilize prior experience in .Net, Java, or SQL to support and maintain existing non-Salesforce.com applications.
- Create and manage SOAP and RESTful integrations in a complex enterprise environment, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce.com and other applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including product management, information security, DevOps, and infrastructure.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical and design documentation.
- Support third-party integrated applications and workflows as necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
