Role Overview:
The Seasonal Digital Support Specialist is essential in enhancing sales and profitability by ensuring seamless execution of digital operations, including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and Same Day Delivery services. This position is crucial for advancing our omni-channel strategy while adapting to changing customer shopping habits.
In this role, you will ensure efficient and accurate product picking, packaging, and shipping processes, thereby reducing time spent on digital tasks through improved familiarity and streamlined operations. As a key team member, you will help deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience while supporting overall store objectives.
By managing various tasks related to product integrity and customer fulfillment, you will ensure customers receive outstanding service. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities covered by operational training guidelines, tools, and resources.
