Join IMA Financial Group as a Seasonal Sales Associate and help drive our producers' success by managing critical prospecting activities. This role is pivotal in enabling producers to focus on sales by conducting market research, generating targeted lists, and validating contacts. As part of our team, you will support pipeline development efforts through thorough identification of target accounts, organized prospect data, and well-maintained outreach lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody and promote IMA's core values.
- Assist producers nationwide with essential prospecting and market research tasks.
- Create targeted prospect lists based on various criteria such as geography, industry, and company size.
- Conduct in-depth local market research to identify potential clients and key business targets.
- Organize and sustain contact lists for effective producer outreach and pipeline management.
- Validate essential company and contact information to ensure accuracy.
- Support the identification of new business opportunities using public data and online resources.
- Present research findings in a clear and actionable format for producers and partners.
- Update and maintain information in Salesforce CRM and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with producers and internal teams to align prospecting efforts with regional growth strategies.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Perform additional duties as required based on team and regional needs.
