Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with high-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands.
- Ability to deliver a seamless customer experience across both retail and eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency with technology and various applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information with clarity and purpose across multiple platforms.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales and performance targets within a retail environment.
- Genuine passion for representing a brand with purpose and advocating for sustainable practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Availability during business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing at least 40 lbs, as well as bend and reach for items.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
