In June 2025, we proudly launched the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), a groundbreaking professional women’s softball league that emulates traditional city-based formats (similar to WNBA and NWSL). Our ambitious five-year plan aims to aggressively expand the AUSL by introducing new teams in 2026 and beyond, transitioning to a fully city-based model, attracting team owners, and enhancing fan and partner engagement.
Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is seeking dedicated local Strength & Conditioning Coaches to manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of strength and conditioning programs for their assigned teams during the AUSL season. This seasonal role is on-site and reports directly to Emily Guimond, Head of Strength and Conditioning. Coaches are expected to report to Rosemont starting August 2, 2026, with dates subject to change.
